Working for us
Of the three founders, two still work for Intellio after 20 years — the third retired in 2025. That's the strongest testament to our culture.
When you join Intellio you join a team of dedicated professionals with a passion for what we do. We don't take shortcuts. Customer experience is everything, and we take pride in our work.
Personal development is a pillar of how we operate — we approach every employee with that in mind, whether it's setting goals for technical learning or supporting activities outside work. Intellio always takes a broader view of personal growth.
Responsibility is handed out early. Everything we do matters, and we have no room for indecision. We hire people who want to be at the forefront of our industry and aren't afraid to push themselves to get there.
We pride ourselves on being inclusive and supportive — both with each other on a personal level and as a firm. We take a flexible approach to every employee's needs and advance a healthy work-life balance.
Most of all, we're easy-going and we like to have fun. We know how much humour and shared experience brings a team together, so we make as many opportunities for it as we can.
Open positions
All of this results in a work environment where we take pride in what we do — and surround ourselves with like-minded individuals. Recruitment is a key pillar of our culture, and we're proud of our very high employee retention rate.

Head of Technology
Adorján has been recognised as one of the leading Central European experts in computer vision and video recognition. A founding member of Intellio's technical team, he has been instrumental in its success over the past two decades and is now responsible for all architectural and technology-driven decisions. Head of Development
Tamás has been leading the development of IVS since Intellio's foundation in 2005, when he co-founded the company with Adorján, his colleague at the time. Widely recognised as the "father of IVS", he started the coding of the back-end software from zero, officially becoming the lead program developer of Intellio in 2007. Not only does he manage the complete development team, he likes to get active in writing code to this day. Tamás is a graduate of Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem of Budapest with a degree in Mathematical Computer Science.

Head of Sales
Áron has worked in technical sales within the automotive, real-estate and IT sectors for more than two decades. An Economics and International Business Communication graduate of Zsigmond Király University of Budapest, he joined Adaptive Recognition in 2017 and has focused on CCTV sales ever since. In 2022 he was appointed to lead Intellio's sales team, and took over the marketing function in early 2024.

Head of Customer Support
Having graduated as a qualified industrial-electronics technician in 1993, Zsolt continued his studies at Óbuda University of Budapest as an Electrical Engineer, specialising in Supervisory Informatics and Electronic Security Systems. After graduation he spent 17 years in the design and project management of security and low-voltage systems — with a primary focus on video-surveillance systems — before joining Intellio in 2013. Zsolt heads the team responsible for client enquiries, technical support and product testing.
